You should register with real email addresses and be able to reply in the next step to the tickets before your account is activated. So using a fake email does not help anyone or even the community. After all the less emails we get bounced back will help everyone and even us get further as well.

But make sure you use a valid email and a decent username no one else is already using the questions are to offset bots as well. But due to security all users must submit a ticket in step 2.
